Atmosphere Equipment: Seven furnaces provide maximum flexibility for service. • Five Allcase batch furnaces with state-of-the-art control systems provide precise carbon control for neutral hardening or precision case hardening - two at 30” wide x 20” high x 48’’ deep, and three at 30” wide x 30” high x 48” deep. • Three specialty atmosphere box furnaces - two at 24” wide x 36” deep x 18” high, and one at 24” wide x 36” deep x 40” high. • Pit furnace 44” diameter x 66” deep with a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs. Atmosphere generator manufactured by Champion Furnace providing 6,000 CFH output.

Tempering Equipment: • Twenty tempering furnaces are available to meet production requirements. Three have a working depth of 6’ with diameters ranging from 36” to 48”. The balance of this equipment is a combination of vertical and box furnace designs giving production flexibility second to none.

Nitriding Equipment: • A combination of nine furnaces ranging in size from 12” diameter x 24” deep to 42” diameter x 6’ deep. The weight capacity is 5500lbs.

Salt Bath Processing: • Neutral salt bath 12” wide x 10” long x 24” deep. • Mar-temper quenching bath 24” wide x 36” long x 36” deep.

Metallurgical Lab: Accurate has a complete lab for process evaluation. The lab is equipped with automated mounting and polishing equipment. • Two micro-hardness testing units. • Leco carbon analyzer for real time carbon analysis. • Unitron microscope with camera and monitor. • Appropriate cutoff saws. • A staff of four lab technicians for rapid throughput of samples.

Straightening Equipment: • Four hydraulic presses with two rated at 80 tons. • Leitz screw press with centers. • Brown & Sharpe centers. • Flattening press 4’ x 4’. • Microflat table 4’ x 8’.

Cleaning Equipment: • Five blast cabinets. • Two tumble blast machines. • One Wheelabrator shot blast table 48” diameter.
