Accurate Steel Treating can handle parts up to 44” in diameter x 66” long for atmosphere processing; up to 44” in diameter x 72” long for vacuum heat treating; and, up to 42” in diameter x 72” long for gas nitriding. We can process components weighing up to 2,000 lbs. for atmosphere, 3,000 lbs. for vacuum heat treating, and 5,500 lbs. for gas nitriding.

Accurate Ion Technologies is located on our site and is our sister company. The ability to perform gas and ion nitriding at one location provides optimum service and the best prices to our customers.

Yes. Based on a customer’s demand, we have developed and proven a process capable of gas nitriding 300-series stainless. Our control system allows us to tightly control the nitriding parameters and produce minimal white layer.
